Pocono Region Winter Session
The Pocono Region - Transition Academy Social Club Winter session will run for ten weeks from 1/10/23 - 3/14/23. Due to limited availability, each session will consist of a maximum of 10 participants that will join us for 2 hours weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. The program is designed to bring High School students with Autism, and intellectual or developmental disabilities, ages 14 and up, together after school to socialize and develop lifelong skills. The Winter Session will focus on Independent Living Skills. The program is completely FREE, and all participants will receive a FREE Course Kit containing all needed materials: supplies, games, activities, and a t-shirt.
